Phone We have a landline for your use for local calls. A/C There is an air conditioning unit in the living room for you to use as you please. Towels We have bath towels and beach towels for you to use during your stay. Washer Dryer There is a coin operated laundry facility in the building. Garage We have a one car garage that has an additional parking space behind it for your use. TVS Both the living room and the master bedroom have tvs. The living room has a brand new 50 inch flat screen tv. Both tvs have dvd players and cable. Stereo There are two bluetooth speakers in the condo that are located in the master bedroom and the living room and can be moved throughout the house. We ask that you please not take them to the beach. Books There are some books in the living room for you to enjoy while on vacation. I will meet you when you arrive, give you a tour and make sure you get settled and that all of your questions get answered. We live right up the street and are happy to help in anyway needed. I am a La Jolla local and love giving away my favorite restaurant, beaches, shopping and activities tips. There is also a guest book with more information in the condo. Our condo is located at Windansea beach, a 15-minute walk from attractions in La Jolla Village, including the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego and the Cove. Walk up the street for delicious breakfast, coffee, and salad at the Windansea Cafe. The condo is conveniently located walking distance from several beaches, restaurants and the Village. However, having a car is recommended as there are so many great things to do in San Diego. San Diego is a great destination for a family vacation! There are so many fun things to do like visit the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Legoland, all a short driving distance away. You can also walk to the tides pools and visit the seals at the Cove, La Jolla Shores is a great swimming beach, you can cruise the boardwalk in Pacific Beach and visit the rollercoaster. Lots of great family entertainment! There is no other place like this one! The views are stunning, the location is extraordinary! And we done everything we can to ensure you have a beautiful, impeccable, comfortable and luxurious place to stay while in La Jolla! You can also combine this unit with the unit next door to accommodate parties up to 12 people. We have a 4 night minimum. Holiday rates vary. Monthly rates available from September to May. Fall asleep to the sound of ocean waves in this charming beachfront apartment. The light, airy home features open-plan living and a wall of windows to maximize the amazing views. Enjoy drinks on the deck and a sunset over the water—it's pure bliss. This beachfront apartment is right above the sand and surf. At night the sounds of the sea will lull you to sleep. During the day, you can watch the sea lions sunning on the rocks and dolphins and whales swimming by or go for a walk along the water's edge and dive in yourself. This is an amazing place to have a glass of wine and watch the sunset and relax! In the evening, the lights of the "Queen's Necklace" glimmer in the distance and the moonlight shines on the water. The living room is cozy with two loveseats to snuggle in and watch a movie on the 50" flat screen TV. Three large sliding glass doors open up if you want to let the ocean breezes blow through. The kitchen is small but fully equipped with an apartment size stove and oven, a microwave, a Keurig coffee maker and a French press, tea kettle, toaster and all the dishes and pots and pans you need. A round table with linens provides a beautiful spot for morning coffee. The bedroom has a queen bed with a new organic mattress and designer sheets, pillows and duvet. There is a large closet with room to store your clothes. Books line the bookshelves if you'd like something to read. Mostly, this is just a quiet, beautiful space to put your feet up and really relax while watching the endless panorama of the natural world outside. And....if you want to feel like a movie star, the apartment was recently used as a glamorous setting in an independent film due out soon!!! Two-person kayak (life jackets available) Boogie Boards and a surfboard Television with premium channels (HBO, Showtime, etc.) Wi-Fi Shared entry gate with one other unit. My husband and I live in a small cottage above the apartment but the only shared space is the entry door. We rarely even see our guests. However, I am always available to answer questions or concerns but almost no one has them! Situated directly above the sand and surf, the home is in a residential area along the Malibu coast, away from the tourist areas. Take in the stars at night while strolling along the beach, or eat at one of the nearby restaurants right on the water. There is bus service available just a minute from the apartment that will take you into Santa Monica or the center of Malibu, or farther north to some of Malibu's more remote beaches. Uber is readily available. At high tide, the ocean may come right up to the seawall limiting beach availability. This all depends on the moon, the tides and the amount of sand that we have. This can really vary from day to day and depending on the season. This winter, rough seas washed away our private stairs to the beach, so guests need to use the public access stairs just a few houses away and a very short walk.

Húsið er í afskekktu, skógivöxnu hverfi með rólegum nágrönnum. Njóttu 3 mismunandi þilfar á efstu hæð, hver með mismunandi haf eða skógur útsýni. Inni á heimilinu nýtur þú hreinlætis og þægilegs rýmis með íburðarmiklu ívafi. Í trjáhúsinu eru öll þægindin sem þú þarft til að njóta dvalarinnar. Það hefur 3 svefnherbergi, fullt bað, og fullt eldhús með allt sem þú þarft til að gera kvöldmat fyrir 6. Húsið rúmar ekki meira en 6 manns, þar á meðal börn á hvaða aldri sem er. The Master Bedroom features a king sized bed. The second bedroom has two twins, which can be made into a king (for an added $75 charge). The living room is equipped with a queen sized sofa bed. The entire home is decorated in a beautiful blue and white beach theme, high-end finishes, and equipped with everything to make your stay perfect. As a guest in our home, you have access to all interior spaces, a full backyard, and an off street driveway. You also have access to a storage shed in the backyard that has beach toys, one cruiser style bike, beach chairs, a s'mores center and tools for cooking out. Additional bikes can be rented at the bike shop about a half mile up the road. Info on rental rates is included at the home for your convenience. If you desire, you can also access Newport's Fitness and Aquatic Center using complimentary passes provided to our guests. To access, simply let us know you'd be interested in your initial introductory message and upon reservation confirmation we will let you know how to access the passes stored in the house. Your stay at The Cozy Cottage includes our "Best Of Newport" guidebook with our personal recommendations for restaurants and activities in the local area. During your stay you can also text us with any urgent questions. Located in Nye Beach, which is referred to as "the Gem of the Oregon Coast.” Explore lively eateries, pubs, upscale gift and clothing shops, and the Newport Performing Arts Center. Take time to visit the Rogue Brewery and the Oregon Coast Aquarium. From our home you can walk to everything in Nye Beach, and are just a short drive from all that Newport has to offer. Newport is approximately a three hour drive from Portland, Oregon. Animals are not allowed in this home as it is designated as an animal-allergen free home due to allergies on behalf of the homeowner. Also absolutely No Smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including inside the house, in the yard or in the driveway.

The cottage features great western views of the mountains and water with spectacular sunsets, passing boats and wildlife watching. We see lots of birds including eagles, Great Blue Herons, kingfishers and hummingbirds as well as seals and otters who often play in the waters out front. Large windows and high ceilings create a light filled space that is both cozy and inviting. You will love staying here because of the great view and the cozy space. We just recently added a television with Amazon Fire so you can also just cozy up by the fire and watch a movie or a game! As often or as little as they want. This Tolo Road home is at the end of a dead-end street in a very quiet neighborhood. Bainbridge Island — a 35-minute ferry ride from downtown Seattle — has great museums, shopping, and dining, plus lots of hiking trails and parks with beach access. Most guests have their own car, however Uber is available on the island as well as taxi service and Kitsap Transit makes stops at the top of our hill. There are several hikes in our neighborhood and we are less than a mile from Battle Point Park and the Grand Forest with excellent walking or biking paths. Bainbridge Island is an easy thirty-five minute ferry ride from downtown Seattle. There are several great museums on the island as well as in Suquamish. Winslow offers great shopping and dining and there are lots of parks with beach access and hiking trails all over the island. We also have several wineries and distilleries with tasting rooms available to you. We provide current brochures for local attractions and activities.

Balí-hofið er eigið heimili. Sameiginlega þvottahúsið er staðsett við hliðina á aðaldyrunum. Eins lítið eða eins mikið og gestir mínir vilja. Vinsamlegast sjáðu TÖLVUPÓSTINN minn (FALINN) Húsið er í fallegu þorpinu Kaimu, í Lower Puna District. Þægindaverslun er í nágrenninu og Kava-barinn frænda Robert er í innan 1,6 km fjarlægð. Út um bakdyrnar er 500 hektara ríkisland til að ganga yfir hraunbreiður við sjóinn. Þú þarft að leigja bíl meðan á dvöl þinni stendur. Áður en ég bjó til Balí-hofið var þessi eign hluti af hugleiðsluheimili búddista. Það ber enn þetta friðsæla og friðsæla stemningu enn þann dag í dag!
