Brew Keurig coffee in the gourmet kitchen and take in the many rich details, like a big brick-surround fireplace and staircase chandelier.
Interior arches are also cleverly echoed in a pair of paneled arched mirrors, while a jetted tub adds luxury.
A lot of our guests are repeat visitors and expect a certain level of peacefulness. Therefore we strongly adhere to Airbnbs “No Party” rule.
We have a strict NO pets rule because one of the owners has life threatening allergies. Should you book and bring a pet or indicate you have a pet we will have to have Airbnb cancel your reservation.

The peaceful town of Occoquan is just outside the D.C. metropolis. On weekends, families come to enjoy the outdoors, and to visit its galleries, museums, antique shops, and clothing boutiques, along with historic homes like Rockledge Mansion.
The town is very walkable. There are several major highways nearby that will take you anywhere in the D.C. area. The Virginia Rail Express is about 10 min drive away providing you weekday public transportation to DC. We also have free parking in the back of our building.
The Town of Occoquan is host to several fun events year round. Be sure to check out the Town's website. Additionally, kayak rentals and fishing is available at nearby pier.
We provide a few granola bars as a quick breakfast but we are sure you will find much better food options in Town.
